What are the responsibilities
of a Babysitter?
Babysitters nurture and care
for children who have not yet entered formal schooling. They also supervise
older children before and after school. These workers play an important role
in children’s development by caring for them when parents are at work or
away for other reasons. In addition to attending to children’s basic needs,
child care workers organize activities and implement curricula that
stimulate children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth.
These child care workers bathe, dress, and feed
children; supervise their play; wash their clothes; and clean their rooms
and also may put children to bed and wake them, read to them, involve them
in educational games, and discipline them.
Those who are in charge of infants,
also prepare bottles and change diapers. They also may
perform the duties of a housekeeper, including cleaning and laundry.
What
is the salary range for a
Babysitter?
Salary is usually based on many factors: the amount of experience the candidate
brings to the position, Nationality and the duties and hours included in the
job description. Babysitters generally earn between $450 and $600 per month,
plus benefits.
How much
is the commission for the Office?
The
Babysitters
can spend a four day trial to see if both parties suit each
other. After the trial days are completed and both parties are happy with
each other, the office will collect the one-time
placement fee
which is equal to the salary of the
Babysitters.

have any replacement guarantee?
We
